ORDERING


Ready to order? Simply select your favorite item, add the quantity to your cart, select the correct quantity discount and then when you've finished shopping, click Check Out. Once your billing address and shipping address has been entered, the total for the order will appear next to the payment option.

ORDER TRACKING

We ship via USPS and UPS.  As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

WILL I GET AN EMAIL AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER? AFTER MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirming receipt of your order. You will also receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped.

RETURN GUARANTEE AND EXCHANGES

We only carry the highest quality products and we truly hope that you are happy with your purchase. If after you have received your order you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must email us at denise@usapooltoy.com for your return authorization number and information. All returns are required to be approved by our customer service department and must be returned to the correct processing location. If an order is returned without authorization, it will be refused and returned back to you. We ship thousands of orders every month and cannot process a return without the correct processing information. We provide 100% refund within 7 days of order receipt as verified by the delivery confirmation scan and verification that the item has not been worn. After 7 days, there will be a 25% restocking charge for refunds.

HOW LONG BEFORE YOU RECEIVE A REFUND?

We process refunds after we have inspected the items upon their return to make sure they have not been worn. A credit should post to your account, less shipping fees or restocking fees, if applicable, you were charged on your original order, within 5 to 7 business days.

CAN YOU RETURN PERSONALIZED ITEMS?

No, personalized items may not be returned because they cannot be resold. Personalized jewelry and gifts are non-returnable.

WHAT IF YOU RECEIVED SOME ITEMS DAMAGED?

Please thoroughly check your order upon receipt. If there is anything damaged, please call our customer service department at 877/297-9050 or email customer service at admin@butterflyjewelryshop.com at your earliest convenience but no later than 5 days after receiving your order. We will assist you with your claim with the courier that delivered your order.

SHIPPING TIME

We pride ourselve on our fast shipping times. Processing time (processing and packing your order) is 1 to 2 days from receipt (occasionally processing may take up to 5 days during busy seasons but 99% of our orders are shipped within 3 days).

2ND DAY AIR SHIPPING CHARGES

Yes, we do provide 2nd day air shipping. 2nd day air is the TRANSIT TIME from when the package leaves our warehouse. We pride ourselves on our fast shipping, however, please allow 1 - 3 days for order processing. It is very important to note that you will be charged the EXACT amount we pay to ship your order via this method. Charges will vary depending on the weight of your order. You may receive a 2nd charge to your credit card for the additional amount due for the shipping charge. We do not make a profit on shipping charges and you are only charged the exact amount that we pay. Note for orders outside of the continental USA, your charges could be very high if you select 2nd day air as your shipping method.
